Hockey player turned craftsman, Michael played professional hockey for 11 years in his native Austria. He also earned a degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering and worked for a global steel manufacturer. When his hockey career ended, Michael moved to the US to be with his wife and decided carpentry would be his new vocation. He joined Four Brothers after seven years with a custom home builder. Michael is a perfectionist in everything he does: cuts need to be absolutely square, cabinetry and counters perfectly level and the job site in pristine condition. As he will tell you, Michael approaches every project as if he is working on his own home.
OFF THE CLOCK...
It’s in his blood: Michael enjoys playing recreational ice hockey as well as inline hockey. For a change of pace, he plays golf and finds time to tussle with his two Siberian Huskies.
