Madison Hollowell

Project Designer

Growing up with an interest in art, design, and history, Madison was elated to be accepted into the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design at Virginia Tech. It was during this time where she was able to see how her interests all contributed to the built environment. She had the opportunity to experience this first-hand while doing a semester in Washington, D.C. and one in Copenhagen, Denmark, both of which deepened her understanding and appreciation of architecture. Excited to be back in the area after graduation, Madison looks forward to working with clients to understand what will make the new spaces within their home work the best for them.

Carlo Rezzonico

Lead Carpenter

Carlo is originally from Switzerland and came to the US to attend college and swim competitively for the University of Alabama, where he graduated with bachelors in Finance and Economics and afterwards a master's degree in Marketing Analytics. For the first three years post-university, he worked as a data analyst in Birmingham, Alabama. Yet throughout that time, Carlo was developing his love of woodworking. So when the pandemic began, Carlo, like many others, realized that his career needed a change of pace. He said goodbye to office life, followed his passion, and started his own business, designing and building furniture and other products. When his wife, Elise, was accepted into a graduate program in DC, Carlo knew he wanted to continue woodworking but wanted to do so with a more established company. He's in this industry because he loves the process of building beautiful, functional pieces and experiences that people can engage with every day.
