Available Positions

Architect/Project Designer

We're looking for self-motivated, passionate architects and project designers with 5-10 years of experience. As part of our team, you will develop innovative design solutions working in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Architecture or Interior Design experience.
  • Experience working on all phases of residential projects.
  • Keen leadership, management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; hand sketching, SketchUp, Revit or 3D modeling knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from initial sale through final punch out.
  • Provide leadership and supervise staff in the development of project documents.
  • Review project program and explore buildable and innovative solutions.
  • Develop client relationships.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural subcontractors.

Project Manager/Lead Carpenter

We have immediate openings for Project Managers and Lead Carpenters. We're looking for hardworking, self-motivated craftsman that possess the following:

  • At least five years of experience in residential remodeling with an emphasis on kitchens, baths, additions and basements.
  • Willingness and ability to perform hands-on aspects of all projects, including demolition, framing, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and tile.
  • Reliable transportation and complete inventory of hand and basic power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints, lay out a project from the foundation up, follow a production schedule, and coordinate trade partners.
  • Knowledge of basic building code requirements.
  • Knowledge of basic mechanical requirements.
  • Ability to perform material takeoffs.
  • Ability to direct and manage other employees.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and internet access.

Assistant Carpenter

We have immediate openings for Assistant Carpenters. We're looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals that possess the following:
