Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.
Do you provide free estimates?
We generally conduct a complimentary first visit and always provide a free, preliminary estimate.
What kind of work do you do?
Four Brothers handles projects ranging from small home improvement tasks, to large design/build remodeling projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, attics, and additions.
How does the design/build process work?
We work with you and our designers to capture your ideas in design, produce conceptual and construction drawings, and then complete the remodeling project. For more detail, please visit our Processes pages.
Do I have to worry about contracting with electricians and plumbers etcetera?
No. Four Brothers manages all phases of the project. We have a base of trusted trade partners, and only work with subcontractors who are licensed and insured.
What about zoning and permits?
Four Brothers handles all zoning and permitting issues.
How does the payment process work?
All jobs require both parties to sign a construction contract that includes a payment schedule based on project milestones. For design/build projects we also charge a fee to cover the design process.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
We do provide a warranty on all work we perform.
