LEAD CARPENTER

Four Brothers LLC has immediate openings for Lead Carpenters.  The successful candidate will be a hardworking, self-motivated craftsman and possess the following:

• At least five years of experience in residential remodeling with an emphasis on kitchens, baths, additions and basements.
• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on aspects of all projects, including demolition, framing, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and tile.
• Reliable transportation and complete inventory of hand and basic power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, lay out a project from the foundation up, follow a production schedule, and coordinate trade partners.
• Knowledge of basic building code requirements.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical requirements.
• Ability to perform material takeoffs.
• Ability to direct and manage other employees.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and internet access.

CARPENTERS ASSISTANT

Four Brothers LLC has immediate openings for Carpenters Assistants.  The successful candidate will be a hardworking, self-motivated individual, and possess the following:

• Prior carpentry and remodeling experience.
• Reliable transportation and basic inventory of hand and power tools.
• Desire to learn and willingness to follow directions.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
